Our property visits are conducted with the highest level of professionalism. Your neighbors will recognize our professionaly dressed team and lettered vehicle on arrival. We will systematically work through a property inspection checklist. Upon completion of the visit we will relay the checklist and any findings to you via email. For immediate issues, we call immediately.
Who We Are
A family business catered to your needs
Our family-run business company has a long history in the Charlotte County area. A family run business comprised of Bobby Miller and Ashley Rubin. Bobby moved to Port Charlotte in the 1980's from Little Falls, New Jersey. He currently resides in Port Charlotte with his wife Amy. Bobby and Amy have two children and two wonderful granddaughters.
Ashley was born and raised in Charlotte County and proudly identifies as a Port Charlotte High Pirate. Ashley lives in North Port with her husband Jason and their daughter. When she is not working she enjoys taking her family to the park in Punta Gorda or a beach day on Boca Grande.
Both Bobby and Ashley enjoy working and they enjoy working with family even more.
